Sodexo is offering full-time Service Attendant Traineeships.
This is your opportunity to gain a recognized qualification as you work alongside our site-based teams on a FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth, Western Australia.
You will have the opportunity to complete a Certificate ll, lll or IV qualification in one of the following areas:
- Hospitality | Cleaning Operations | Laundry Operations
- Retail | Health Services
- Business Administration | Leadership & Management | Customer Contact
Completing your Service Attendant Traineeship with Sodexo:
A Traineeship is a great way to develop your skills in a supportive team environment. You will be fully supported by our friendly and customer-service oriented teams the moment you arrive on-site – your home-away-from-home.
You will gain on-the-job experience working alongside our housekeeping, catering, cleaning, retail, bar and grounds maintenance teams.
The traineeship takes 8-12 months to complete and there is no requirement to study or attend training outside of your roster. If you are part way through a similar qualification from a previous employer, you can continue your traineeship with Sodexo.
What are we looking for?
Experience in any of the following areas is encouraged, but not essential to apply:
- Kitchen Hand
- Food & Beverage Attendant
- Commercial/Residential Cleaner or Housekeeper
- Customer service roles e.g. takeaway outlets
- Laundry Assistant
- Patient Care Assistant
Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster, in extreme (hot) environments, so having a good level of fitness will help you get through each day!
What are the minimum requirements to apply?
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full work rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check
