Job Description
You will act as Bar Utility for one week and step up to Supervisor relief role for end week of duty.
Your duties may include:
- Stock management and ordering
- Cash handling
- Responsible service of alcohol including the adherence to all requirements by any staff working in the bar
- Ensure all incidents are recorded in the Liquor License log and the document is on the premises and up to date
- Ensure the premises are clean, tidy and meet hygiene standards
- Customer service
Qualifications
Hold current WA Approved Managers qualifications
Previous experience managing a licensed premise at a remote village
C Class WA driver licence
Good people management skills
Excellent customer service skills
