Based on-site supporting one of our largest portfolios you will act as the main point of contact for site-based training. Reporting to the HSE Manager, this position is full-time and an excellent opportunity for an employee to take the next step in their career!
About the job
You will support four sites across the Pilbara and be instrumental in deploying our on-boarding, soft landing and site-based on-boarding programs. In addition, internal training associated with key performance indicators, and assisting with external training will be required to be presented and reported upon.

You bring proven experience in delivering, presenting and evaluating learning and developing systems, course activities and programs from industries such as mining and hospitality. You are able to work across a wide range of staff groups, from senior leadership through to operational and front-line staff. You have a clear understanding of contemporary training practices and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
You can develop and assist with procedure and process implementation across various sites and work-groups, recognising areas for improvement, actioning these, and adjusting outcomes to suit various site requirements.
You will have experience in a similar role, preferably working within the mining, civil or facilities maintenance industries in a senior capacity. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and qualifications in Health and Safety or similar field and are essential qualifications for this role.
You have exceptional communication, training and presentation skills with an ability to remain agile and flexible in the face of changing priorities. You can demonstrate the ability to plan, schedule and coordinate learning events and related logistics.
