About the role:

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end to end innovation, solution development and enhancement, revenue/profitability growth and the delivery of services to our client.

You’ll lead and manage a small onsite team of dedicated resources, leveraging our wider business and Partner capabilities to design, build, implement, deliver and enhance our contracted services for our client.

Working collaboratively with our client, you’ll define and capture requirements, develop service roadmaps and provide insights on industry trends and technology developments. As an innovative, strategic thinker, you’ll also be empowered to provide insights and recommendations on how we can innovate existing and new solutions for our client.

Please note:You’ll be working with Government clients therefore Australian Citizenship is a mandatory criterion to apply to this job. Any existing security clearances will be highly regarded.

About you:

You’ll have experience in account management, general management or service delivery in a large, matrixed organisation, utilising a multi-source delivery model.

An expert in product and outsourcing industry knowledge, you’ll understand current and future trends in market. You’ll be skilled in complex problem solving with a strong commercial acumen. Further, you’ll be skilled in strategy planning, negotiation, contract interpretation and issues management. You’ll also be skilled in account management with a track record of meeting and exceeding growth targets.

As an experienced people leader, you’ll have a strong track record of developing and inspiring high performing teams. You’ll also question and challenge effectively whilst maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Ideally, you’ll also have experience working in an Agile and/or DevOps environment.
