The Opportunity

The Payroll Reporting Advisor will support the business with up to date payroll data insights from the SAP system by developing and maintaining relevant reports, establishing and maintaining all reporting schedules and executing any non scheduled reports. You will work closely with the Payroll Delivery, Payroll Operations, Finance and People Systems teams and collaborate with the broader business on deliverables and timelines to ensure high quality reporting. You will also stay close to the Payroll Transformation outcomes and apply the resulting changes to reporting where applicable.

Who we’re looking for

You are a strong Payroll Reporting Advisor with experience working within a payroll team demonstrating solid SAP systems experience. You will have extensive knowledge of payroll legislation as well as any core payroll, upstream and downstream processes and experience working on projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.

You are a strong business partner with an agile & growth mindset who is looking to take on a new challenge that requires expertise in driving and delivering results and the ability to negotiate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

You are an effective communicator who is fluent with all types of stakeholders, including the technical teams. Ideally, you are adept at multiple People systems including SAP Payroll, Success Factors, Spinifex, Salesforce, Google suite.
