Responsibilities

This is role is an incredible opportunity for an experienced sales leader to lead sales for our MarTech products with D365 Marketing and Customer Insights within the Emerging Solutions Team for ASIA. Specifically, we require a sales leader to work with Microsoft products, especially D365 and Azure, Microsoft Advertising Business and those of Adobe to help build sales capability across our organizations and win customers and drive Business Application revenue.

The person in role is accountable for the following in his/her territory, alongside a team of colleagues around the world, each representing their region.

  • Ensuring achievement of a revenue goals.
  • Responsible for creating and executing a regional Sales Plan based on global plan and definition of tactics and strategies to increase growth in conjunction with Business Group/Sales Leadership Teams
  • Driving momentum and positive energy for the MarTech product stack internally and externally via e.g. event speaking engagements or enablement sessions.
  • Collaborating with and influencing field sales leaders to ensure alignment of teams and focus on key opportunities in target markets.
  • Coaching and support of MS Business Applications and Microsoft account sellers, as well as external sales teams, on the sales strategy and approach with target customers.
  • Support and coaching to key customer situations to maximize sales of target products particularly with the CMO and other executives.

Additional responsibilities

  • Effective communication with Area Sales Leadership and the most senior levels of the company & externally on status, progress, and lessons learned/next steps.
  • Participate and support measurement and reporting of progress as required, including raising of issues/blockers with proposed resolution.
  • Internal and external champion of the solution set and the GTM.
  • Contributing, where appropriate, to the development of appropriate marketing use cases within the D365 product & platform sales strategy.
  • Assistance where required to assist deployment by engaging with account teams and other specialist resources.

Measurement & KPI

  • D365 revenue on Customer Insights and Marketing
  • Direct Revenue Impact in deals and lighthouse Wins
  • Scaling through partner organisation and field sellers

Qualifications

Experience required.

10+ years of experience in relevant business application solution sales and/or marketing technology sales in enterprise accounts.

  • Good knowledge and experience of D365 software solutions (CRM/ERP) and marketing automation systems.
  • Experience in field sales management role(s).
  • Knowledge of program development and execution.

  • Exceptional cross-group collaboration skills. Must be able to balance, as required, leadership, collaboration and influence.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to consistently exceeds goals and expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - especially to high level executives.
  • Proven skills in analysis, storytelling, conducting presentations, demonstrations, and requirements mapping
  • Ability to respond and coach responses to RFP/RFI
  • Very strong customer relationship skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Marketing qualification preferred.

Location & travel

  • This role will require travel throughout ASIA
  • The successful applicant will reside near a major airport hub and be able to quickly and directly travel to & from the relevant major markets.
