Xero Practice Manager is a platform for enabling our Accountant & Bookkeeper customers to keep track of their time and manage their jobs. We have an excellent opportunity for a BA to join this team, and work across a complex and exciting project that is helping to define new tools for how accounts and bookkeepers work.
NOTE: We will be on leave from 24th Dec to 11th Jan. We will aim to respond to your application by the 18th Jan.
- Work across a large scale project that is helping us define the future of our area
- Be able to find and highlight cross product dependencies and integration needs
- Work closely with Product Owners to translate outputs from the project into deliverables that the development teams can pick up
- Some BAU work and stakeholder comms
- Help to put product documentation in place
Our ideal candidate?
- Hands-on experience of business requirements gathering and solution delivery as a Business Analyst
- A strong analytical mind
- Good technical understanding
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Great attention to detail, along with great documentation skills
- Experience with impact analysis
