We have a unique opportunity for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to assist with our Queensland Operations.

Role Location: Port of Brisbane, QLD

Role Type: Full Time

Specific Responsibilities

  • Plan the daily transport function of specific clients and major accounts
  • Prepare, Check and Lodge entries accurately in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with Global Forwarding team to service joint accounts
  • Ensure smooth and efficient flow of work relating to jobs, follow policy and meet KPI
  • Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers and ensure client satisfaction

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;

  • Secondary Education
  • Customer Service experience - Logistics experience preferred but not required
  • Work collaboratively and harmoniously as a part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
  • Must be fit for work with a good level of fitness and general health
