We are looking for two bright individuals who would like to become a part of the Privileged Access Management team within the Identity and Access Management team. The purpose of these roles will be to implement and maintain our DevOps and automation practices and processes for our PAM services (CyberArk & Hashicorp Vault) in a complex multi-platform environment.
This is an opportunity for someone to build an environment from the ground up and put their own footprint on a service that is an integral part of keeping the bank safe.
Here is what you will be doing:
Play an integral part designing and implementing in the next evolution of infrastructure – multi-cloud offering.
Design and develop automation testing, DevOps scripts, tools and pipelines as well as upskill the teams on using them.
Implement automated processes and tools to support our PAM services that can increase resilience, security, standardisation, productivity and speed of service
Automation of cloud infrastructure that supports the CyberArk and Hashicorp Vault services – auto-scaling, auto-healing, automated patching and upgrades
Contribute to the enhancement, uplift and continuous improvement of the PAM services (CyberArk & Hashicorp Vault)
Integrating secrets management solution with other DevOps toolsets for Enterprise consumption.
Work collaboratively with various stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure privileged access service offerings remains fit for purpose across the Enterprise
Perform technical problem diagnosis and use technical expertise to determine options and solutions for defects, issues and improvements in the Hashicorp Vault system and related customisations and subsystems
Assist with direction and execution of the IAM roadmap, primarily relating to the privileged access landscape across the Enterprise
Some of the Skills and Experience we are looking for;
  • Experienced DevOps within an enterprise IT environment that is comprised of AWS, Azure and on-prem systems. Financial industry experience would be nice to have.
  • Programming/scripting experience, to leverage and build scripts to automate and implement DevOps solutions.
  • Hands-on Experience running production applications within IaaS environment – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
  • Experience with HashiCorp Vault
  • Experience with HashiCorp Consul
  • Experience with HashiCorp Terraform
  • Experience with build management tools including continuous integration and delivery practices and tools (Gradle, Jenkins, Groovy)
  • Development experience using common source systems (git)
  • Experience with repository artifact management (Artifactory)
  • Experience with containers and enterprise container platforms (Docker)
  • Knowledge of code quality analysis tools (coverage, duplication, complexity, dependency analysis and standards)
  • Experience with supporting, building, and managing DevOps toolchain, eg. Jenkins, AWS, Git, Jira, Confluence, Splunk/ELK, Remedy/ServiceNow, etc.
  • Expertise with Agile development lifecycle and enabling CICD via Jenkins.
  • Experience with JIRA and Git for development and source code management
  • Experience with the use of Confluence for documentation and collaboration
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management solutions and even PAM solutions (e.g. CyberArk), a bonus
  • Knowledge of secrets management tools – Conjur, Hashicorp Vault
  • Use of JIRA and Confluence is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
As part of the Identity & Access Management team, you will be part of the Privileged Access Management team whose remit is to identify, secure and govern where and how our most highly privileged credentials are being used and stored. This is critical to maintaining an acceptable risk posture and reducing the potential attack surface, and most importantly, keeping the bank safe.
