About the role
We are currently seeking Mobilisation Coordinators with large volume subcontractor mobilisations experience to join our Perth based Human Capital team supporting a major project in the Pilbara region. This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
You will be responsible for facilitating the mobilisation and onboarding processes for large volumes of subcontractor mobilisations and direct workforce personnel for a track/civil project.
You will also be involved in liaising directly with the subcontractor representatives to educate them on the use of our Eify document management system and to ensure compliance to the mobilisation process, to ensure their employees are mobe ready. You will also be responsible for coordinating where required, the booking of medicals, training, inductions and the ordering of PPE. You will also be responsible for liaising with the client when submitting candidates for site approval and the scheduling of flights and site accommodation.
This is a fast-paced role for experienced Mobilisation Coordinators with proven skills in processing high volumes of subcontractor and blue-collar construction mobilisations. The ideal candidates will be a self starter, process driven, have a strong work ethic, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a team player. Candidates who have had exposure to mobilisations for shutdowns and/or rail projects are encouraged to apply.
