In this role you’ll be responsible for assessing and managing a portfolio of Mental Health IP Claims in line with policy terms and conditions. You’ll enjoy working autonomously to manage technically complex claims as you leverage your thorough understanding of the relevant legislations and guidelines. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will stand you in good stead as you settle cases within your limits of authority.
You’ll possess an enquiring mind, a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to challenge other peoples thinking when necessary. We are ideally looking for individuals who have a background in Allied Health, Rehabilitation, or Claims Assessing from Retail, Group or Workers Comp.
