Transport for NSW is the lead agency of the NSW Transport cluster. Our role is to lead the development of a safe, efficient, integrated transport system that keeps people and goods moving, connects communities and shapes the future of our cities, centres and regions.
We are responsible for strategy, planning, policy, regulation, funding allocation and other non-service delivery functions for all modes of transport in NSW including road, rail, ferry, light rail, point to point, regional air, cycling and walking.
We focus on improving the customer experience and contract public and private operators to deliver customer-focused transport services on our behalf.
We also lead the procurement of transport infrastructure and oversee delivery through project delivery offices and industry delivery partners.

The People Partners within Transport for NSW partner with the business areas they support to drive people initiatives to deliver required business objectives. You'll provide strategic and operational advice on people matters, cyclical processes, leadership development, performance and workers compensation management, organisational design and change management to name a few. We're on a journey so you'll be comfortable working between being strategic in your approach and delivering operationally.

- Work effectively with your peers from the Centres of Excellence

You are a seasoned HR professional demonstrating solid experience in business partnering. Your commercial acumen and skills in relationship building will help you to quickly understand our organisation, whilst establishing effective working relationships. Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is a Transport Service Grade 9A ($135,898) – 9E ($152,204) / USS 11-01 ($142,300) – 11-03 ($151,837) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
