About the role

The Documentation Handover Coordinator role will play a key role in establishing our first digital asset for operational use by facilitating the effective and accurate receipt of engineering data and documentation throughout the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and final handover stages. This position will initially be offered on a 12 month Fixed Term contract with the possibility of extension

  • Champion and manage the successful handover of engineering as-built deliverables from the Gudai – Darri Project team to the RTIO Operations team.

  • Ensure each category of as-built engineering deliverables have defined requirements and delivery to these requirements can be monitored.

  • Support upskilling of team members in the information specifications and processes for the engineering deliverables.

  • Support all Operational Readiness team members to track issues with project documents and drawings throughout the project handover process.

  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet Operations requirements and standards

  • Support the development of processes to manage and maintain the digital asset.

  • Establish periodic reporting that will monitor progress and highlight issues.

  • Support data validation of the digital asset.

  • Identify gaps of missing deliverables specifically any historical data

What you’ll bring

  • Strong understanding of data and document management processes and systems.

  • Exposure to digital asset solutions; particularly SmartPlant suite.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and information.

  • Prior experience working in a major construction project.
