About the Opportunities

We are accepting expressions of interest for multiple graduate entry level opportunities available throughout our business that will see you providing operational support by undertaking a range of customer-focused activities, assisting business units with the intent to increase productivity, quality, revenue and customer service, while assisting with the continuous improvement of our strategic focus.

We are looking for exceptional people who have the desire to exceed expectations. People who are looking for a long-term career who are not afraid of challenging themselves or others.

You will develop your professional and business acumen and be given the exposure to gain practical business experience while utilising your passion for continuous improvement.

The opportunities will commence in late January of 2021 on a permanent or fixed term bases and will be available in Tomago, the Hunter Valley, Western Sydney and the Central West subject to your skillset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with scoping, creation, coordination and completion of projects
  • Forward operations planning and project management
  • Develop, contribute and support new initiatives
  • Automate processes and identify different ways of collaborating

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business or Engineering
  • Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

About the Recruitment Process
