What we’re looking for?
Kmart is building a platform from scratch to take our product offering to the world and help set Kmart up for future success in the online space. Utilising cutting edge technology, in a fully Agile team, we are looking for a Technical Lead to join Kmart and help us with maintaining the current platform and work on the transition to our new one. This role will see you responsible for driving developer best practice, scalability and innovation to support the growth of the Kmart Online business while also helping us to lay out the foundations and roadmap for the new platform that will take Kmart Online into the future.
As the Technical Lead you will have overall accountability for the current platform from a technical perspective as well as managing a team of up to 6 Engineers and 2 QAs - the people administration/management side of the role, although a critical part of the position, will only form a small part of this exciting opportunity.
