What we’re looking for?
Reporting in to the IT Delivery Manager – Finance, the role of the IT Business Analyst will be working on exciting finance related projects as well as BAU. Your amazing stakeholder management will ensure you elicit concise requirements ensuring you are able to prioritse workflow.
Primarily this role will be responsible for analysing requirements and leading the IT design and development of the business functional solutions, whilst ensuring any proposed solutions will increase efficiency and productivity. This role will also see you facilitate change across the business, so your influencing skills will need to be well honed.
To meet the challenges of this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experience;
- Fantastic facilitation and presentation skills;
- Amazing analytical and reporting skills;
- Previous experience working on IT Finance projects (ideally SAP – S4HANA)
- Strong strategy and planning skills in a similar role;
- Outstanding stakeholder and change management skills and experience,
