What we’re looking for?
Reporting into the National Supply Chain Optimisation Manager, the role of Change and Communications Manager is responsible for applying and embedding a structured change methodology to ensure its adoption in addition to facilitating communication across and within our DC audiences. This 12-month fixed term contract is an integral member of the Supply Chain team and will be specifically responsible for the following:
- Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities;
- Develop a change management plans for relevant initiatives
- Plan, design and develop communication strategies to support the function and the initiatives;
- Assess the change impact across the business units and the business as a whole;
- Stakeholder management.
To meet the challenges of this role, you will have previous experience leading sustainable change, strong stakeholder management and demonstrable experience in managing a portfolio of work from a change perspective. Coupled with this experience, your amazing ability to communicate and support communications to stakeholder audiences and influence in a collaborative and professional manner at all levels, will hold you in good stead for this role.
