To help achieve our 2030 strategy, we are seeking an experienced and forward thinking Risk and Assurance professional to provide support in the development and maintenance of a robust risk management, compliance and assurance framework.

About the role
You will leverage your technical skills to support strong systems, processes and procedures are effectively mitigating risks and allowing us to respond early to emerging issues
You will apply your curiosity to conduct investigations on compliance breaches, developing compliance plans and remedial actions, whilst also contributing to the compliance policy, strategy and framework to deliver assurance reviews.
You will engage with the business, providing expertise and support to both risk and assurance matters across the business, preparing and presenting reports for the Audit and Risk Committee, the Executive Leadership Team and the Board.
You will identify and implement improvements to current process and practices, leveraging industry networks and technical knowledge to support a commitment for innovation and best for business outcomes.
You have a solutions oriented approach to work, able to hit the ground running to implement solutions and achieve outcomes, confident to apply your skills and experience.
You are curious with an inquiring mindset, proven in your ability to interpret legislation, policies and technical content from a variety of sources.
You are a collaborator, focused on building relationships that ensure strong stakeholder engagement, deliver common goals and drive high performance outcomes.
