Our Exciting Opportunity!

Ericsson is growing our ICT Security Team! We have a team of security specialists supporting the business by setting the strategic direction for Information Security, IT Security, Privacy, Solution Security, and Corporate Security domains.

The purpose of this role is to develop a tactical plan for implementing and maintaining Privacy requirements within MOAI and develop governance models, processes, methods, tools, and training to enable the organization to adequately assess privacy and ensure the efficiency of the privacy program.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational excellence, continuous development, and improvement of MOAI Privacy Tactical Plan, targets and directives based on regulations and business needs
  • Analyse changes to the business environment, Corporate audit reports, Security assessments, Incidents, New threats, and vulnerabilities, and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure that any failures are: logged, appropriately managed, and investigated in a fair and open manner, and improvement opportunities identified and implemented
  • Deliver specialist knowledge to support in setting targets and strategies, via training and instructions/guidelines

To be successful in the role the requirements are:

  • Knowledge in Ericsson Security Policies, Directives and Instructions & business environment
  • Good experience of Privacy related standards and regulations
  • Solid understanding about process development in the ICT security space
  • Hands on experience working with relevant security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001
  • Certification by IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals) such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E or equivalent highly recommended
  • Security and Risk Management training or equivalent experience (such as PIA)
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
