Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of administrative support within our Newman Operations team. This role is a dedicated resource that provides a high level of office and administrative support to ensure continuous improvement of mine operations. You will work closely with the Mine Manager and various stakeholders, whilst always contributing to the safety culture.

You will be an engaged individual, who demonstrates effective communication, has strong organisational skills and achieves results through working with multiple stakeholders. Ideally you will have a sound knowledge of Mining Operations and SAP.

Skills and Other Qualifications
  • strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite,
  • SAP experience desirable
  • experience coordinating / managing travel on varied rosters for large groups advantageous
  • effective communication on a variety of levels
  • strong organisational skills and time management skills
  • achieves results through working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple work processes in a busy and complex environment
