The IAM team aim to simplify and automate the management of all the various accounts and system access our team members have during their time at Woolworths Group which is referred to as the Joiner, Mover, Leaver process.

As an Identity Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in this strategic imperative by operating documented and implemented security controls, running of critical security tools, monitoring and actioning processes and procedures related to lifecycle & provisioning across the Woolworths Group.

You will do this by monitoring, actioning and responding to requests, lifecycle events and workflows as it relates to IAM tools, e.g LCM (Life-Cycle Management), PAM (Privileged Access Management), ARM (Access Request Management), ESSO (Enterprise Single Sign-On), 2FA (2-Factor Authentication), etc.

To be successful in this role, you are a strong communicator with exceptional influencing skills and you have a passion for service management with some exposure to Identity Access Management. Experience working within an enterprise scale agile organisation will be advantageous. Ideally you will possess technical experience in the following key areas:

  • Identity Management (SailPoint, IBM, Dell, SAP IdM, etc)
  • Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, Centrify, SAP GRC Access Control)
  • Public and Private Cloud IAM
  • Directories (Active Directory, Azure, LDAP)
  • Two Factor Authentication
  • Single Sign-on and Federation (Okta, SailPoint, Ping)
  • ITSM (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Remedy)
