The Information Management Services Branch provides leadership, direction, advice and support to facilitate information access and management across the department. The branch supports all departmental employees to comply with their legal record keeping responsibilities by; maintaining and implementing the department's approved Record Keeping Plan, monitoring information management and record keeping practices, and developing and delivering quality systems, training and coaching.

We are currently looking for a passionate Team Leader with solid experience in document management systems (DMS) to join our team in the Information Management Services Branch. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership of the document management system (DMS) services and supporting team to deliver a customer and business focused information and records management solution for the department.
As Team Leader DMS Services, you will implement DMS strategies, policies and support in line with business needs, industry standards and legislative requirements. You will effectively collaborate with the team and engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships, whilst exceeding client’s expectations as well as promoting DMS business and process improvements and efficiencies by building a high-performance centric culture.
The sucessful candidate will possess highly developed interpersonal, leadership, and excellent communication skills and the ability to provide strategic consultancy advice to staff and management in relation to DMS.
This position is located in East Perth (however, may undertake travel to various metropolitan offices as required).
