  • Provide mentorship and direction to junior team members, and contribute to the Strategy team’s collective toolkit to continually enhance our effectiveness as an organisation
  • What you’ll bring

The successful candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in Strategy with at least 3 of those years at a consulting firm with deep FS expertise. Your natural curiosity will have assisted you in developing a deep understanding of the FS sector as well as associated digital and regulatory reform. Critical will be your extensive experience in delivering complex cross-enterprise FS projects with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.

This is an amazing opportunity to shape a clear, well understood and embraced FS strategy, aligned to Xero's Corporate Strategy that helps us to make the trade offs and choices needed to fulfill our potential.
