As a Hybris Developer, you’ll be ready to face clients and provide technical leadership at a project level. You’ll be forward-thinking and you’ll be ready to assist in development of standards, methodology and repeatable processes with other senior team members.

You will have a history of eCommerce development with the hybris platform, or other relevant experience such as Java Spring or ATG. The candidate will be familiar with projects run within the Agile methodology and, as part of the role, the candidate is expected to be able to convert business requirements into code, prove their work with appropriate testing, and provide ongoing support to eCommerce websites

You’ll know and love these things:

  • Java web development with Spring, front-end, HTML, JS, integrations
  • web based/e-commerce applications on HYBRIS (training provided)
  • User experience, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and Spring MVC
  • web services and RESTful API
  • Digital technology and cutting-edge web solutions
  • Agile delivery, client-facing consulting environment in which it is essential to keep up to date with the rapidly developing trends in digital
  • Attend trainings and become highly valuable product specialist
  • Lead & mentor less experienced developers. And you’ll get bonus points for these (otherwise training would be provided):
  • Teleco eCommerce experience desirable
  • Certification In Java, J2EE, Spring, SCRUM Master
  • Experience with e-Commerce delivery experience with Hybris, Oracle ATG, Demandware etc


About the role This position works in collaboration with everyone; Designers, Developers, Solutions Architects, Project Managers, Account Managers…everyone. From the get-go, you’ll be required to give an opinion; you’ll quote, plan, prototype, produce, deliver and repeat.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll take a lead on the enhancement and maintenance of existing sites as well as the design and implementation of new ones. Reactive works with a variety of content management and e-commerce platforms.
