As part of the Service Desk Team you will be tasked with delivering of OCMS and support to the Adelaide Metro employees and stakeholders with IT based concerns, with the view to deliver a reliable service across the network managing incidents that happen broadly, identify potential changes and problem manage to create solutions.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent, relevant to this discipline. ITIL practitioner certification would be highly regarded.
- Proven history in a Service Desk capacity with a focus on customer service and delivery of a continuous services across a broad network.
- Experience in updating the Asset Register as required, delivering requests and resolving incidents for each service.
- Provide support to end users of desktop software, file and directory services, email and telephony services, building access and printing services
- Participate in the 24/7 on call roster.
- Minor Works & Service Modifications and perform project works as required.
- Contribute to and/or develop centralised communications of all outages (Planned and unplanned) and changes to OCMS Services.
