Campaign Data Analyst (KYC)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Data Analyst who can help to deliver one of the bank’s biggest priorities known as Know Your Customer (KYC).
This is a project based below the line campaign role that gives you exposure to all the key stakeholders across ING such product, risk, legal, compliance, contact centre and marketing. You’ll build, execute, and deploy customer communication strategies across all channels, online and offline. In addition this role will work on all other service message communications. This is the perfect role for you if you enjoy working in a fast pace environment, like taking challenges and you’re a natural problem solver.
What are you going to do? You’ll be…
Identifying any areas for improvement in campaign delivery such as quality, speed, response rates and automation
Challenging the way we use or source data for campaigns
Consulting with the internal stakeholders on the best way to deliver customer campaign activity
Building and executing robust campaigns to agreed deadlines
Carefully testing your own and peer’s work with strict adherence to agreed campaign quality processes
Embedding robust test and learn methodologies into campaigns by leveraging data-driven insights
What are we looking for? You’ll have…
Experience in customer campaign execution, including campaign planning and sizing, list extraction, and campaign reporting methodologies.
Experience with Unica Campaign Suite
Strong SQL skills and good understanding of relational database structure
A degree qualification in an analytical or technical discipline
Excellent attention to details, high analytic, problem solving, lateral thinking and interpretive skills
The ability to understand new database infrastructures quickly and efficiently
Efficient project planning skills and execution for deliverables
The ability to understand legal and regulatory requirements and to apply them to business practices
Great communication skills and the capacity to influence stakeholders
