Downer continues to be an innovator in the sustainable asphalt industry, running plants that use recyclable products and environmentally sustainable methods. We operate from a network of over 40 depots and maintain more than 30,000 km of road.
You will become an integral part of a highly experienced Talent & Sourcing team during a period of exciting business growth. This is a great long-term opportunity to be part of an internal function where you will have full operational support to excel in your role and develop your sourcing skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience with full cycle recruiting ideally gained within a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Exposure to Civil Roads Services, Construction, Heavy Engineering sectors or similar will be highly desirable.
- Deadline focused with the ability to achieving business outcomes
- Commercially minded you will have the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders and be regarded as a key business partner and an expert advisor.
- Working knowledge in using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Page Up or similar systems will be viewed favourably.
