The Boral Land & Property Group is currently seeking a professional who is a collaborative, supportive, motivated Property Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the National General Manager and supporting senior team members, you will be an important member of the team providing administrative and property support particularly in New South Wales and nationally.

Duties/responsibilities

  • Manage the diary/calendars and travel arrangements of the team
  • Manage office filing, scanning and archiving of documents
  • Maintain databases and data audits
  • Create presentations, newsletters, web updates and other documents
  • Co-ordinate and compile weekly and monthly reports
  • Reconcile property and monthly rental payments
  • Assist in the review of property data, plans, legal documents, correspondence etc
  • Assist with managing residential properties and assist with grazing leases/licences and royalty arrangements

Skills/experience

  • An established background in Property related Administration – Commercial Property desirable
  • Experience supporting a large team
  • Demonstrated ability to handle competing deadlines appropriately and effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player with strong integrity, high collaboration and developing effective working relationships with all people
  • Personal drive, motivation and results orientation
  • Superior IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with property databases and financial systems
  • Relevant qualifications in property management/administration, business administration or accounting would be highly regarded
