Project Change Manager

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading the people side of change on behalf of one of CUA's Anti-Money Laundering Uplift program. By effectively managing the transition, you will assist your project/s to successfully implement and embed the desired changes required to truly transform CUA's ways of working.

Please note this is a Maximum Term contract until March 2021.

  • Passionate about developing and implementing change management strategies and plans
  • Able to assess & lead stakeholder engagement, current/future state impacts, change readiness assessments and measure change sustainability across a large program of work
  • An excellent negotiator who can understand and balance multiple competing business priorities
  • Organised, love working at pace, managing multiple changes, processes and people
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, with active listening skills
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Essential Experience
  • Experience developing and implementing communication and training materials
  • Ability to present complex technical information into simple visual documents/one pagers
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering change management initiatives / projects, with multiple streams
  • Experience and knowledge of various change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry & AML/CTF compliance is desirable, but not essential
