Our NSW Fleet Sales team located at Olympic Park are currently seeking to appoint a Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of key customers on a 12 month temporary basis.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional customer service. Critical success of this role is to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer vehicle policy, internal KPIs and why they do what they do. Only then will the Relationship Manager be in a position to demonstrate our value proposition to them.

Reporting to the Fleet Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and strengthening existing relationships to ensure continued growth in volume and profitability of our business across your portfolio.
  • Achieve sales targets and a range of performance expectations.
  • Updating Customer Needs Analysis at quarterly reviews to identify incremental opportunities, build relationships and demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Reporting on a monthly basis to management and maintaining accurate & up to date records.
  • Providing support to the Sales Manager in preparation of tender responses and new business proposals.
  • Analysing data and trends to create value and produce cost reduction strategies whilst increasing Fleet Utilisation for your clients fleet.
  • Prepare and present 1st Class Reviews whereby you will be demonstrating TFM’s value proposition to the client.

To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have:
  • A strong passion for delivering a high quality service to corporate clients.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and direction.
  • Experience in Excel, to run reports and identify trends.
  • Experience and proven track record in fleet leasing and/or account management (desired).
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of commercial lending and preferably hold tertiary qualifications in business / commerce (desired).
  • Strong financial acumen competency with proven ability to communicate at C level.
