The Role

Due to expansion we are now seeking an organised, energetic and flexible individual Project Manager to join our Property Services team.

Based in Cranbourne , and reporting to the Branch Manager, the person will contribute to the successful and safe delivery of our Grounds Maintenance operations through the effective management of customer relationships, administrative tasks, people, subcontractors, suppliers and scheduling to maximise Programmed Property Services customer satisfaction and profitability.

You will be responsible for capitalising on Property Services operations success by generating cross sell opportunities and winning additional work.

Skills and Experience

You must be reliable, dependable, and trustworthy and be able to manage all aspects of Project Management. A "can do" attitude is a must coupled with an expected five years minimum experience in horticulture or similar with strong verbal communications and team leadership skills.
