On your first day, we'd love for you to have:
Experience leading all technology aspects of large implementations on SuccessFactors, with hands-on experience configuring the software; Experience preferred on multiple SAP modules, in a complex and mixed technology environment (i.e. public and private Cloud and on-premise)
Experience integrating SuccessFactors to other modules of SAP, i.e., ECC, S/4HANA, etc. as well as non-SAP systems; SuccessFactors certification strongly preferred
In-depth knowledge of the application development life cycle with ability to identify innovative application development alternatives; Possess professional level knowledge in project management and the establishment of standards related to the application development life cycle and Agile application development
It's great, but not required, if you have:
Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to lead and motivate geographically-dispersed technical teams with the ability to work effectively with clients, senior management, and other team members
Experience working in a complex operational/implementation/service delivery role
Certified in SAP HCM or SAP Payroll
