You’ll be at the helm of our Platform engineering teams and play a major part of how digital banking is delivered for our customers in the future.

What are you going to do? You will be…

  • Leading the platform services squads for the Infrastructure Tribe
  • Innovating, modernising & running the services
  • Take end to end ownership in the management of multiple platform technologies; Orchestrations Tooling, Runtimes, Database
  • Vendor management including managing an offshore team
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders on Platform strategy

What are we looking for? Someone who has…

  • Leadership experience across multiple platforms
  • Financial Services and/or large enterprise experience
  • Evidence of inclusive leadership in a positive, forward thinking culture
  • Tech stack: Ansible Tower, Linux, Windows Server, Openshift, JBOSS, SQL Server, Gluster, NoSQL
  • Agile methodology and mindset
