The opportunity
We are looking for a registered Organisational Psychologist experienced in talent management to join the People Advisory Services team in our Sydney office.
Your key responsibilities
  • Work on challenging projects across a diverse range of issues including operating model and organisation design, workforce planning and talent strategy, organisational learning and capability development, culture and leadership

  • Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs

  • Build client networks and relationships

  • Manage projects and small teams to deliver quality outcomes

Skills and attributes for success

  • A relevant Degree in HR or Organisational Psychology

  • Demonstrated mastery of some or all of our services and principles, and proven ability to apply these consistently in engagement settings, as related to: people capability assessment and development, organisation design, performance management systems, people transition, culture and leadership

  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills

  • Experience in project managing engagements

  • Proven and proactive business development skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in consulting highly desirable

  • Curiosity and desire to challenge the status quo

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
