Senior Associate - Leveraged Finance

The role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional banking and finance Senior Associate to join our team on a permanent basis in Sydney CBD. Reporting to Alex Schlosser, this role will see you working on:

  • Corporate acquisition and leveraged finance deals (incl. TLB and unitranche);

  • transactions with alternative capital providers;

  • IPO financings;

  • large-scale corporate syndicated lending;

  • mezzanine financing and complex intercreditor arrangements;

  • complex secured lending transactions; and

  • distressed loans, debt trading and corporate restructures.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • A Senior Associate with at least 7-8 years' post admission experience within a banking and financial services practice, ideally specialising in leveraged finance, acquisition finance and/or corporate finance matters

  • Driven with a strong client service focus and an exceptional work ethic

  • A natural relationship builder, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
