About the role

This fixed term role until March 2021 is responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service, through identifying and meeting potential and existing customer needs.

Based in Parramatta, you will be assisting customers with their enquiries and will provide key information about Uniting and the services we provide.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Exemplary customer service by being responsive and take ownership to ensure customer follow-up
  • Provide key information about our products and services to potential and existing clients, their representatives, employees and other service providers
  • Ensure high risk enquiries are identified and escalated to appropriately skilled team members
  • Record information accurately and in a timely manner in the designated electronic system(s)
