To support our growth plans, we are now seeking a proven recruitment leader to join our team as Regional Manager based in Brisbane.
The Queensland region benefits from a strong foundation of long standing client relationships, established industry verticals and experienced team members.
You will be responsible for the management of all operational and sales requirements of the region as well as leading your team against the strategic objectives of the region’s growth plans.
With your team you will deliver a great customer and candidate experience, bring on new customers and provide operational management support.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Executive General Manager your key responsibilities will include;
- Lead the growth strategy including customer account management and positioning of industry verticals
- Manage and retain the existing team and attract new recruiters to manage future growth
- Operational management of the region including P&L management and forecasting against budget
- Participation in structured client pursuits supported by Programmed & PERSOLKELLY’s Bid Management function
- Presenting, negotiating and securing new business across both SME and National customers
As a senior member of the team you will also participate in leadership team activities with your colleagues from other Australian regions.
This role will be supported by an established L&D function to provide training and to support career learning for yourself and your team.
Skills and Experience
This is a challenging role for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a desire to succeed in the recruitment industry.
To be considered for this position you will have a demonstrated capacity to lead a team to achieve growth and operational goals. You will need to evidence your ability to build a strong sales culture, drive high staff engagement levels and possess strong commercial acumen.
