Payroll Administrator - Brisbane Corporate Office
Reporting through to the Payroll Coordinator, this is your opportunity to join an established team, show off your SAP skills and utilise your extensive end to end payroll experience in this diligent and supportive team.
- You will be responsible for the complete end to end process of your own portfolio, with the ability to process both weekly and monthly pays
- Payroll clearing account reconciliations, Coal Industry long service leave, payroll reporting and extensive liaison with the respective Coal Mine Sites.
- Management of time and attendance exceptions through to statutory and ad hoc payroll disbursements.
- Review and resolve payroll queries from relevant internal stakeholders
- While working with the team to consistently deliver suggestion on improvements, efficiencies and processes
To be successful you will need to have extensive experience in high volume, full function payrolls. Advanced Microsoft Excel and SAP knowledge is a required. Also having previous experience within a mining or heavy industry sector working across multiple Enterprise Arrangements and Awards will be highly regarded.
A competitive salary package is on offer for this position. This is a Monday to Friday position based in the Brisbane Corporate Office.
