The Role

As a Senior Analyst you will be part of the Marketing Analytics Chapter to deliver the data and analytics capability across multiple squads helping to deliver the Endeavour Drinks strategy of being an analytics led organisation. Extracting data from multiple sources, you will conduct deep data dives, analysis and provide detailed insights.

With a good understanding of marketing analytics, you will implement the test & learn capability, the framework controls and measurements for incremental sales performance of specific marketing campaigns. With a solid technical background, you will take data and present it back to the business to provide insights to non technical business owners in a clear and concise manner. This reporting and insights will feed into the overall personalisation strategy to drive performance.

Working closely within the squad, the role requires you to develop and maintain existing reports and analytics, deliver information and insight to stakeholders on an adhoc basis, coordinate with data engineers to support business cases and projects and support new initiatives.


Key responsibilities in this role will also include:

  • Transition datasets from legacy products and external data sources to our Google or azure Cloud Platforms
  • Perform collection, cleansing, merging, validation and management of data from various sources across the business
  • Producing data, analytics and insights from disparate data sources across Endeavour drinks
  • Providing both ongoing and ad hoc reporting, analysis and insights in a timely manner
  • Communicating data, analytics and insights to the squad to enable it to deliver on its mission
  • Enable the squad to improve the efficiency of marketing, digital and delivery process and the effectiveness of our channels through the use of data and insights

You have a proven track in developing tableau dashboards and a natural problem solving mindset to create solutions that suit the needs of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will likely possess some of the following:

  • 5+ years experience in a digital or retail business with experience in digital analytics and a strong background in SQL
  • Demonstrated capability in developing analytics and insight and communicating this to stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Strong technical skills across data, database marketing, data extraction, analytics and/or data visualisation
  • Strong ability to interpret analysis and derive meaningful insights which deepen our understanding of the customer and maximise business value
  • Experience working across at least 2 relevant areas: digital analytics, data development, analytics, reporting, data visualisation, insight delivery
  • Demonstrable ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders within analytics chapters and across cross functional squads
  • Ability to prioritise multiple concurrent pieces of work and deliver to agreed milestones whilst communicating any changes in scope or timelines
  • Demonstrable marketing, ecom or sales analytics experience. Domain knowledge of each squad mission is required for each role.
  • Proven experience of continuously improving individual outputs and contributing to the aim of the team to do the same.
  • Experience working in an agile organisation or with agile technology teams.
