About the role

Reporting to the Supervisor Master Data, the HR Senior Administrator is responsible for ensuring HR process quality by processing master data requirements timely and accurately. Provide high expertise on organisational management, performance management and compensation management data and processes.

Add value to the organisation by:

  • Assisting the Supervisor with timely distribution of process work and redefining of priorities where required.

  • Providing guidance to the administrators on problem solving complex queries and requirements regarding master data maintenance.

  • Ensuring alignment to internal controls, standards and procedures.

  • Actively contribute towards achieving high performance HR processes by focusing on maintaining up-to-date, accurate and timely data in HR Systems.

  • Developing supportive relationships with others in the HR Function and Line Leaders.

  • Ensuring all queries and data management requirements are managed on time, accurately and within defined service level definitions

  • Contributing to maintaining a culture of innovation, learning and development and continuous improvement.

  • Recommending improvement initiatives in existing processes, practices and systems.

  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of quick reference guidelines (QRGs), system testing where required and audit requirements.

About you

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • 5 -10 years relevant professional experience in a similar role with knowledge of HR payroll and employee master data administration.

  • Tertiary qualification in HR / Payroll or business related field (or similar).

  • Demonstrated knowledge in Australian payroll statutory and legislative requirements.

  • Comprehensive experience in HR / Payroll information systems including SuccessFactors and Microsoft Excel.

  • Effective communication skills including the ability to explain complex issues at all levels.

  • Exceptional numeric skills with a thorough attention to detail including data analytics.

  • Demonstrated ability to take a key role in a project or team environment.

  • Ability to facilitate programs and activities across multi sites and functional areas.

  • Experience in using problem solving methodologies.
