About the role

We are currently seeking a Traffic Manager to assist in the tendering and delivery of major rail/road/infrastructure projects based in Melbourne, VIC. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee TOC development for traffic management including delivery strategy, design and pricing. Lead supply chain engagement and relationships as well as program wide approach maximising off site manufacture and modular construction, efficiency, repeatability and value.
  • Develop traffic capability and skills sets in our team, foster culture and approach for delivery in civil/ rail / road environment.
  • Lead the delivery of all traffic management activities; maintain strong focus on safety, quality, environment, commercial and finance, program and occupation planning and logistics.

About you

You will have experience in a similar role combined with a relevant Engineering or Construction Management degree. A contracting background and strong delivery focus, leadership skills, and ideally experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in Australia.
