What You'll Do
You will be responsible for growing Cisco’s Data Center Product business in Australia and New Zealand. You will set and execute the Data Center sales strategy across ANZ managing a high performing team of sales specialists, who develop, drive and close complex Data Center deals.

Who You’ll Work With
You work in a highly matrixed organisation, peering with sales leaders in Commercial, Public Sector and Enterprise. You will manage a team of Data Center Sales Specialists coordinating their work with other sales teams.
You will also work extensively with our partners, partner account managers and our extensive partner ecosystem delivering complementary technology.
Who You Are
You have a minimum of 5 years of selling experience and demonstration of overachievement in demanding environments. You’ll need to collaborate with account teams, finance, field sales, channels, business unit, customer advocacy and marketing personnel. You will coordinate work with extended team to identify and close opportunities. You will work with executive management to identify specific behaviours, knowledge, and skill areas for focus and evaluation of general sales team. You’ll also develop and drive strategic sales activity and thought leadership around data centre solutions through cross-functional collaboration with marketing, channels, product management and other advanced technologies.
