ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

To manage the development and delivery of Statutory and Compliance training at Kogan Creek Power Station.
This role will ensure the training requirements for employees are arranged through coordination in a consistent approach, with subject matter experts (SMEs) as required. The role has responsibility for ensuring training needs are recognised and carried out through liaising with the Production & Maintenance Supervisors and other key stakeholders. This role will also act as the Site coordinator for Operator training. and for the review of current training and assessment practices.

ABOUT YOU

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in heavy industry;
  • Previous SAP experience.
  • Experience working with maintenance schedulers.
  • Experience in Coaching and Mentoring.
  • Experience in the use of a Learning Management System (LMS) to plan, record report on training
