About the Role
We are currently seeking a Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Partner to join our People & Culture team here in Brisbane.
As a key enabler of BOQ’s Talent Strategy, you’ll be focused on coordinating and implementing initiatives and programs to build a diverse talent pipeline from early talent through to senior leaders, supported by an inclusive culture.
Key responsibilities will span across:
- Talent & Succession Management
- Early Talent (Student, Intern and Graduate)
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Stakeholder Management – internal and external
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience delivering strategic human resources/organisational development solutions; (this may include experience within graduate recruitment, diversity & inclusion, talent & succession management or leadership/learning & development).
This role will require you to successfully manage multiple objectives and competing priorities, whilst using strong written & verbal communications to build credibility and influence across your stakeholder group.
Your proven ability to engage positively with the business, as well as your ability to develop and sustain strong relationships will be highly regarded.
Although not essential, it would be desirable if you have knowledge of attraction, selection and management of graduate programs, and demonstrated experience in coordinating organisation-wide projects.
Degree or Post Graduate Qualifications in a human resources related discipline and/or organisational psychology and equivalent experience and recognition in the industry will be highly sought after in order to support you to success in this role.
