Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. You’ll partner closely with key stakeholders - Talent Acquisition, HR Partners, HRIS, HR Operations (as needed) - on reviewing offer exceptions, identifying and executing on process improvements and enhancements, and providing ongoing support, training and education to stakeholders to increase shared understanding of our compensation programs.
You'll also analyse employee, market and financial data to summarise findings, draw insights and support recommendations on compensation programs and initiatives. We need your passion to work on projects and company-wide initiatives to help Atlassian execute at scale, whilst maintaining the essence of who we are.
