Using your outstanding relationship management skills you will be working across Zurich’s commercial insurance product lines, representing the Zurich Claims proposition in market.
As a Claims Account Manager you will be market-facing and have the opportunity to develop the following\:
Tailored claims solutions that fit within the Zurich claims model
- Deliver claims service review meetings
Develop broker and/or customer specific claims service protocols
Work with Zurich’s Underwriting, Distribution and Claims teams to ensure clear lines of communication regarding service, sales and retention.
Provide claims risk insights in relation to targeted products and deliver claims education and training to brokers and customers
Obtain service feedback from customers/ brokers to deliver an optimal customer service experience
Develop and introduce industry leading customer centric claims initiatives.
Your demonstrated capability of developing healthy long-term business relationships and thorough understanding of the insurance industry will be key to your success in this role. You will have sound knowledge of Claims Strategy and operational imperatives, excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills, along with strong business acumen and General Insurance claims experience
