Talent Acquisition Consultant - 6 Month Contract

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be responsible for managing a Volume Recruitment project. You will help to design, facilitate, and drive the project from start to finish, whilst coaching the hiring manager to make the targeted start date. To do this you will draw on previous project Recruitment experience in an in-house recruitment team/RPO and strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Taleo.

Experience/Skills

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will have experience in\:

  • Previous Project Management skill from a Recruitment Project
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence
  • Strong personal management skills to drive delivery
  • Experience in recruiting in High Volume recruitment
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
