About the role
We are looking for a Specialist Organisational Change Management (OCM) who will be responsible for defining and managing business change initiatives across Koodaideri. The role is responsible for all aspects of effective change management as we implement our new processes and provides input into the planning processes for scheduling the required changes.
Reporting to the Strategy and OCM lead, this is a influential role and will be based in Perth on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
- Leading and managing key relationships
- Engaging, educating and advising internal stakeholders
- Liaising and managing third party vendors who deliver services
- Guiding continuous improvement of the change enablement methodology
- Developing and fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Proven experience working in a Change Management role
Whilst not essential, exposure to the resources industry and/or qualifications in communications, change management or other relevant field are desirable.
