Our Product Management team within Business Lending are looking for an experienced, agile and strategic Head Of Product Management to join our leadership team. Able to utilise deep customer insights and coupled with an extensive knowledge of lending, you will lead a team to deliver products that are fit-for purpose for our small business customers and other specialised segment offerings..

A natural leader who is passionate about creating the best products for the biggest business bank in Australia, the products you define, design and deliver will allow NAB to grow and build deeper relationships with our customers.

Day to day you will

  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of product specialists
  • Create best-in-class lending products that support our customers to be their best
  • Champion products and solutions that help customer’s meet their goals
  • Ensure compliance of products within a complex regulatory environment
  • Measure product viability against key metrics and measures of success
