The Opportunity
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, the Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and managing the inventory requirements to ensure appropriate receipt and supply of all materials / equipment required for all products manufactured within Fill/Finish production department. You will have a passion for process and organisation, whilst also being able to work well with a diverse group of people across various departments. In this role, you will split your day by being hands-on within the production areas, and maintaining inventory in SAP.


The Role

  • Plan, order and receipt materials in a timely manner required for operations

  • Maintain inventory accuracy in SAP by ensuring an adequate supply of process orders, materials, consumables, clean room garments and equipment

  • Liaise and coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Production Managers, Production Team Leaders, Supply Chain and Quality

  • Coach, support and providing feedback to the team on inventory flow management

  • Generate and provide reports that convey material and process order status

  • Maintain and control the storage locations within Fill/Finish to ensure materials are available, within its defined location and stored in a safe manner

  • Manage the transfer of materials and product in accordance with Quality and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices

  • Complete physical cycle counts and participate in stock takes on a regular basis to ensure only materials within expiry are available

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar inventory position within GMP Manufacturing or Warehousing

  • Experience in SAP, Quality Systems such as GLIMs and Trackwise will be highly regarded

  • Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment and contribute to the objectives of the team

  • Strong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders

  • Ability to independently problem solve and implement actions to resolve

  • Process driven, exceptional time management and organisation skills

  • Thorough understanding of good documentation practices

  • Current forklift licence or willingness to obtain
